When Lesley Prior's husband, Roger, was made redundant in 2002 the couple sold their house in Cambridge and moved to Devon to live on a farm. Despite having no previous farming experience, nine years later Lesley, 54, has built up a flock of 200 cashmere goats and 100 Bowmont sheep, which produce a merino–type wool.
